This Form is for NEW STUDENTS enrolling in the Band at your school with Key Music Australia. Current students DO NOT need to re-enrol. Your enrolment in the band program is ongoing.
UPDATE as at 17th November: 1st round of enrolments has closed. 2nd round of enrolments now open, however instrument choice and hire options will be limited. You must include a 2nd choice in your enrolment form. Please note that Keyboard and Drums/ Percussion spaces are no longer available at any school.
