There will be 2 bands at Asquith PS in 2026.
Band Rehearsals take place before and after school each week during term time only (not on public holidays or pupil free days).
Students need to bring their instrument and music to each band rehearsal.
All percussion/drums and keyboard equipment is provided at the rehearsal. Percussion students need to bring drum sticks.
2026 Band Rehearsal Times:
Music Lessons Restart for 2026 Week 3 (from Monday 9th Feb).
Training Band Rehearsals: Wednesday’s 7:45am – 8:45am in the Hall (Please arrive at 7:40am to set up) **Note change of day for 2026; Training Band start date for Term 1 TBC**
Performance Band Rehearsals: Thursday’s 3:00pm – 4:00pm in the Hall (Students walk straight to the Hall at the end of the day school bell). ** 2026 start date Thursday 12th February**
