Band New Enrolment Form for 2027 – DRUMS/PERCUSSION

This Form is for NEW STUDENTS enrolling in the Band at your school with Key Music Australia. Current students DO NOT need to re-enrol. Your enrolment in the band program is ongoing.
The form on this page is for students interested in playing DRUMS/PERCUSSION. A short rhythm assessment and try out will be conducted at school (during school time) by Key Music Australia Staff. By submitting this form, you give permission for your child to be collected from class to attend a brief Percussion/Drum try out. Attendance at the instrument try out will be arranged in conjunction with the classroom teacher.
